Posttrans
Posttrans B.V., the transport division of Postoils, uses several bunker barges for the transportation of gas oil/ MDO/, heavy fuels and lubricants.
The Posttrans fleet is a modern fleet of bunker barges, satisfying all the technical and environmental requirements currently applicable internationally.
Posttrans has its own port and berths in the Madroelharbour at Pernis to accommodate the fleet of bunker barges, as well as a very sizeable warehouse of 1,000 m2 for the storage of lub oil in drums. The maximum storage capacity is 660 tons of lub oil in drums. Posttrans have special pipelines on their premises to load or to discharge lub oil in bulk from tank truck to the lub oil barges or vice versa. A crane is installed to load lub oil in drums from shore to the bunker barges.
